Liability
•We are not liable for personal injuries, loss of personal property, or any indirect damages during the rental period.
•Renters are fully responsible for any traffic violations, fines, accidents, or damages occurring while the vehicle is in their possession. While vehicles are covered by insurance, the renter must obtain an official police report for any incident; failure to provide this report results in the renter assuming full financial liability for all damages and losses.
